Privacy Notice

Version 1.1 — 27 March 2026

Who we are

Future World Pathways Ltd (company number 17115545), registered at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller.

For any questions about how we handle your data, email hello@futureworldpathways.com.

What data we collect and why

At this stage, our website is informational. We collect very limited data:

If you email us — we receive your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) — it is in both our interests that we can reply to you.

Website analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, time on site, general location at city level). GA4 uses cookies and collects your IP address, which Google anonymises. Our lawful basis is your consent, given via our cookie banner. Analytics cookies are not set until you consent.

Hosting — our site is hosted by Netlify, which automatically collects server logs including your IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This is necessary for the website to function and for security. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest.

Fonts — our site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers to retrieve font files, and Google receives your IP address in that request. No cookies are set. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in presenting the site with its intended typography.

Who we share data with

We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate this website:

We do not sell your data or share it with any other third parties.

How long we keep data

Email correspondence: 12 months from your last contact, then deleted. Analytics data: 14 months (Google's default retention), then automatically deleted. Server logs: retained by Netlify per their standard retention period.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@futureworldpathways.com. We will respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are set automatically; analytics cookies require your consent. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

Changes to this notice

This privacy notice covers our current website, which is informational only. As we develop our services — including programme enquiries and enrolment — this notice will be updated to reflect any new data processing. The date at the top of this page will always show the latest version.
